Tidy Tide — Request Deletion of Your Data

Tidy Tide (com.diginara.tidytide, by Diginara) has no user accounts — the only data linked to you is anonymous gameplay analytics, crash reports, and advertising identifiers collected by Google Firebase and AdMob (see the privacy policy for details).

How to request deletion

Email us — one tap on the button below — and we will delete the analytics data associated with your game installation within 30 days:

No account or proof of identity is needed. Including your device model and when you last played helps us locate the right app instance.

What gets deleted

• Gameplay analytics linked to your app-instance ID (Firebase Analytics User Deletion API).
• Crash reports tied to your installation identifier, where technically feasible.

What you can delete yourself, instantly

• Advertising data: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Delete advertising ID".
• All local game data (progress, settings, currency): uninstall the app, or Android Settings → Apps → Tidy Tide → Storage → "Clear data".
• Push notifications: uninstalling invalidates the notification token automatically.

Note: some data is also deleted automatically without any request — Firebase Analytics user data expires after at most 14 months, and crash reports after 90 days.
